Pass is created
A pass is created automatically for every guest: RFID wristband, QR code or mobile NFC.
Access on arrival
On arrival the pass works instantly. The guest scans at the barrier, it opens. Done.

The guest scans at the shower or washing machine. Credits are deducted. The device starts.

Answers to your key questions
Does ParkFlow work with my existing booking system?
Yes. We support all major PMS systems (Mews, Maxxton, Booking Expert, Beds24) via webhooks or API. For less common systems we can build a specific connection, or you can upload bookings via a simple CSV import.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Not necessarily. ParkFlow works with the most common brands. If your current hardware is compatible, we build on it. Otherwise our installation partner advises on the best solution.
How quickly can we go live?
After signing the contract and installing the hardware we can usually go live within 2 weeks. Booking integration takes 1 to 3 days extra depending on your PMS.
What happens if the internet goes down?
For parks in areas with unstable connectivity our partner installs a local edge gateway. Access rules are cached locally, so barriers and locks keep working during an internet outage.
Is my data safe?
All data is hosted in Dutch and German data centres, fully GDPR-compliant. We use TLS encryption for all communication and provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as standard.
